These Terms & Disclaimer (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://vemoriq.com (“VEMORIQ,” the “Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Editorial and Informational Purpose

VEMORIQ publishes English-language editorial information about Korea travel, transportation, food, cafés, beauty, shopping, fashion, entertainment, K-pop, K-drama, culture, and practical care. Content is provided for general information and trip-planning convenience. It is not a booking service and does not create a professional, fiduciary, medical, legal, financial, nutritional, or other advisory relationship.

2. Sources and Time-Sensitive Information

VEMORIQ may consult official and primary sources including the Korea Tourism Organization and VISITKOREA, the Korea Performing Arts Box Office Information System (“KOPIS”), national and local government agencies, transportation operators, venues, hospitals, retailers, brands, organizers, ticket sellers, and other responsible sources. We may also use original photography, direct observation, public documents, and clearly identified secondary reporting.

Use of a source does not mean that the source endorses VEMORIQ. Prices, menus, product formulas, stock, schedules, routes, fares, operating hours, admission rules, event details, ticket policies, visa requirements, health rules, addresses, weather, and local conditions may change after publication. Always confirm material details with the relevant official operator, authority, venue, hospital, retailer, organizer, or authorized seller before traveling, purchasing, booking, or relying on the information.

3. Your Travel and Purchase Decisions

You remain responsible for your voluntary travel, transportation, accommodation, dining, shopping, entertainment, and healthcare-related choices. Consider your own health, mobility, budget, schedule, insurance, safety needs, legal obligations, and risk tolerance. A VEMORIQ guide, ranking, checklist, route, comparison, map link, score, or recommendation is not a guarantee that an experience will be available, suitable, safe, lawful, or satisfactory for every person.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VEMORIQ is not responsible for losses caused by a user’s failure to verify current official information or by the independent acts, omissions, cancellations, delays, closures, price changes, service failures, or policies of a third party.

Health, hospital, dermatology, optical, medicine, skincare, accessibility, and emergency content is travel-navigation information only. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment recommendation, medical endorsement, or substitute for a licensed clinician’s individualized advice. A hospital, clinic, department, doctor, optician, procedure, product, or service must be independently verified. Locally saved information may be lost if browser storage is unavailable, cleared, or reset.
