Everland & Caribbean Bay
Choose your park, register your ticket and plan a manageable route through rides, animal attractions and seasonal gardens. This first-visit guide also covers Caribbean Bay, the neighboring water park within Everland Resort.
Everland
Rides · animals · gardens. Pick two or three priorities.
Caribbean Bay
Pools · slides · changing time. Check a separate ticket.
Before leaving
Ticket + app + live hours + return transport.
Before you go: tickets, hours & the app
1. Match the ticket to your date
Compare the date, park name, age category, validity period, included services and cancellation terms before paying. Everland uses date-dependent ticket pricing; Caribbean Bay has its own seasonal products. Rentals, reserved resting spaces and special experiences may cost extra.
More planning details
A transport-and-ticket package can simplify the journey, but check the actual pickup point and fixed return time. Keep the booking confirmation accessible on your phone.
2. Check today’s operating information
Park opening hours, individual attraction operation and showtimes are separate. Confirm all three on the official site or app, then check again on arrival. Weather, maintenance or capacity can change what is available.
More planning details
Use the live calendar for your visit rather than a saved timetable. Outdoor water-park facilities have a different seasonal schedule from indoor facilities.
Smart Queue: a practical first-time sequence
Full sequence, return windows & troubleshooting
- Before travelling: install the official Everland app, choose the available English interface and locate ticket registration / Ever Pocket. Have mobile data and a charged phone ready.
- Register the admission ticket: follow the app’s barcode or QR-code instructions. A purchase confirmation and an app-registered ticket are different steps; check that the ticket appears correctly.
- After entering: open Smart Queue for an eligible attraction and follow the current on-screen instructions. Availability and the permitted combination of reservations can change.
- Keep watching the app: follow its return window and go to the specified entrance. Virtual queuing is not a guarantee that every attraction is bookable or that all waiting disappears.
- If it does not work: show the ticket and app screen to Guest Services before spending your day troubleshooting. For foreign-phone registration, ask which current guest option is supported.
Paid priority products and guided experiences have separate conditions. Compare the attraction coverage and time slots before adding one to an admission ticket.
Understand the park before you start walking
Use the five themed areas as orientation points. Pick two or three priorities and group nearby stops instead of repeatedly crossing the park.
Global Fair
The arrival area is useful for orientation, services and shopping. Use it to agree on a meeting point before splitting up.
American Adventure
A ride-focused area. Check attraction restrictions before building a thrill-ride route.
Magic Land
A useful starting point when comparing family rides. Choose facilities by each child’s height and the individual riding rules.
European Adventure
Plan around T Express, gardens and the performance schedule. Leave space for a meal and a slower photography stop.
Zootopia
Group animal attractions together, then check the queue arrangements for Safari World, Lost Valley and Panda World.
Use the official map
Locate your next attraction, a restroom and the return route before moving. Sky Cruise and other in-park transport can help when operating; check the current routes, restrictions and queues.
Choose your highlights
T Express
a signature coaster choice for visitors who want a demanding ride. Check the current height and riding conditions first.
Safari World / Lost Valley
animal-viewing experiences worth treating as separate priorities. Check the day’s entry or queue instructions rather than assuming immediate access.
Panda World
check the day’s viewing arrangements; the animals visible and viewing conditions can vary.
Amazon Express
a water-ride option. Protect valuables and plan for wet clothing.
Gardens & performances
Four Seasons Garden, Rose Garden and seasonal programmes offer breaks from the ride queues. Confirm the actual parade or evening-show timetable.
The printed guide is an orientation reference. The live app and on-site notices take priority for current operation.
Three ways to plan your day
VEMORIQ planning suggestions. Adjust for queues, weather and your return transport.
Rides first
- Check Smart Queue after entry
- Choose one major ride
- Add nearby rides
- Lunch & rest
- Gardens or an available show
- Return toward the gate
Keep a backup attraction ready.
Animals & a gentler pace
- One main animal experience
- Nearby viewing stops
- Lunch & rest
- Suitable family rides
- Garden walk
- Bathroom & snack stop before departure
Plan breaks before children become tired.
Caribbean Bay day
- Check facility openings
- Change & store belongings
- Choose a pool or slide
- Meal & rest
- Another available facility
- Shower, rentals & balance refunds
Leave time to reach your return transport.
Both parks? Read the timing checks
For a relaxed first visit, give each park its own day. If your ticket explicitly allows a same-day combination, budget for changing, drying, walking between entrances and separate entry checks. Check last admission as well as closing time.

Caribbean Bay: how to prepare & use it
Choose between the wave-pool atmosphere, slides and indoor water-play facilities according to the day’s operating information. An indoor area does not mean every outdoor slide is open throughout the year.
Choose the experience
The official guide includes the outdoor Wave Pool, Mega Storm, River Way and Aquatic Center facilities. Check opening status and each attraction’s height, weight, guardian and life-vest rules at the entrance.
Pack before leaving
- Swimwear
- Suitable cap
- Towel
- Dry clothes
- Phone protection
Bring swimwear, a suitable cap, towel, toiletries and dry clothes. A wet-clothes bag and waterproof phone pouch are useful additions. Check which footwear and accessories are allowed on the facilities you plan to use.
Lockers, rentals & resting space
Check indoor versus outdoor locker availability and charges before choosing. Outdoor lockers can close seasonally. Life vests, towels, chairs or villages may be rental or reservation products; do not assume they are included with admission.
Bay Coin & food
Bay Coin provides an in-park payment option. Check current charging and refund instructions. General outside meals, snacks and mats are restricted; the official FAQ lists limited exceptions such as PET drinks, peeled fruit, baby food and food for medical needs. Confirm the current storage and entry rules before bringing a picnic.
Hat / swim cap: pack it, then check the facility
For the Caribbean Bay hat rule, bring a suitable cap with your swimwear: the official preparation FAQ includes a hat. Ask staff whether your swim cap, baseball cap or bucket hat is suitable for the pool you will use. Follow each facility’s rules rather than assuming one hat is accepted everywhere.
Slides can be different: Mega Storm’s official rules prohibit hats and other loose accessories while riding. Follow the safety staff’s storage instructions.
Mega Storm riding rules ↗Bay Coin & overseas card backup
Bay Coin is a prepaid payment option. If your overseas card fails at a kiosk or online, ask the staffed counter about supported cards and another payment method before trying repeatedly.
Confirm before ordering or renting: card acceptance depends on the outlet, terminal and issuer. Check your Visa / Mastercard with staff; do not assume every locker, rental or food counter accepts every foreign card. Keep the receipt and check the unused-balance refund process.
Payment / reservation FAQ ↗A straightforward arrival-to-exit sequence
- At entry: present the correct Caribbean Bay ticket and follow the belongings check.
- Before swimming: use the assigned changing / locker facilities, store valuables and prepare any required rental.
- At each facility: read its restrictions and follow lifeguard directions. A child who can enter the park may still be too short for a particular slide.
- During the day: agree on a meeting point, take breaks and keep children supervised. Do not rely on the outdoor wave-pool photograph to predict seasonal availability.
- Before leaving: shower and change, collect belongings, return hired items and check any Bay Coin refund process. Allow time to reach your bus or shuttle.
Getting to the resort & getting home
Resort address: 경기도 용인시 처인구 포곡읍 에버랜드로 199
Train + resort shuttle
Travel to Giheung Station and transfer to the Yongin EverLine. From the terminal station, use the resort’s free shuttle for Everland / Caribbean Bay. Confirm the current first and last connection before travel.
Bus from Seoul
The official transport page lists routes including 5002 via the Gangnam area, 4105 via central Seoul and 5700 via the east / southeast Seoul area. Use NAVER Map for the precise stop, route variant and next departure on your date.
Driving & parking
Open the official parking guide before navigating. Choose the appropriate parking area, check charges and any shuttle transfer, and note where you left the car. Allow for traffic and the walk back after a busy closing period.
Protect the return journey
Save the return stop and final connection before entering. A pre-booked tour shuttle can leave before an evening programme ends. Keep enough time for walking, collecting belongings and reaching the pickup point.
Facilities, comfort & your final checklist
- Walking: wear comfortable shoes, use layers for changing temperatures and plan pauses between far-apart stops.
- Families & access: use the official map for baby-care rooms, accessible restrooms, stroller / wheelchair rentals, first aid and Guest Services. Ask about a suitable route or riding support before committing to a steep or long walk.
- Meals: identify a nearby restaurant before you become hungry. For dietary requirements, confirm ingredients with staff rather than judging a meal by its English name.
- Phone & meeting point: keep power available for tickets, queues and the return route. Agree where to meet if the group becomes separated.
- Final check: ticket for the correct park and date · registered QR / barcode · today’s facility and show schedule · return transport · weather · water-park kit if required.
