VEMORIQ location correction · Checked October 3, 2026. This guide previously used the Kyobo Tower location. Bright Eye Clinic’s official history records a 2026 relocation; its current Korean and English sites list 531 Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
Bright Eye Clinic Gangnam: use the B722 Tower address
For the clinic covered here, search 밝은눈안과의원 서울 서초구 강남대로 531. The Korean site specifies B722 Tower, ground floor and B1, near Nonhyeon Station. Do not travel to the old Kyobo Tower address simply because an older review or saved guide uses that name. Match the current address with your appointment confirmation.
Also distinguish this destination from BGN Eye Clinic’s Jamsil listing, which gives Lotte World Tower in Songpa-gu. Similar English names in older travel discussions are not enough to identify the clinic. Confirm the business name, building and clinician together before paying a deposit or booking transport.
Contact the clinic for an assessment, not a promised procedure
The current English site lists +82-10-4409-3994 for contact and provides appointment-request options. The Korean site lists closure on Wednesdays and Sundays, with public holidays subject to change. Confirm your specific date and language support rather than assuming the building’s opening hours are clinical hours.
Explain your reason for visiting, any prior eye surgery and your planned stay in Korea. Ask what records the clinician needs and how to prepare for the examination. The website advertises several types of vision-correction care, but a menu of procedures does not establish that any one is appropriate for you. Do not choose only by a package name, equipment brand or promotional price.
Questions that make a consultation more useful
- Who will examine you, explain the findings and perform a procedure if you choose one?
- What alternatives, including no procedure, are relevant to your individual assessment?
- Which tests are included in the quoted examination fee, and what additional charges are possible?
- How many follow-up visits should be planned, and what happens if your stay must be extended?
- What support is available after you return home, and which records will you receive?
Request these answers in a language you understand before consenting. If you wear contact lenses, ask for the clinic’s preparation instructions for your lens type; do not invent your own stopping period based on another traveller’s experience. Keep existing spectacles and medication details available for the visit.
Arrange the journey around the examination
Save both the new street address and the building name offline. Ask about the entrance and registration point if mobility or stairs are a concern. Check whether the planned tests could affect your ability to drive or navigate alone afterward, and arrange a companion or simple return journey if advised.
A travel itinerary cannot determine clinical recovery time. Before buying non-refundable onward transport, ask the treating team about your own restrictions and required follow-up. Do not assume the timetable described in an online testimonial will apply to you.
